Happy Hour Matt started working in the night club industry when he was 19 promoting a nightclubs. Working a in the business gave him the chance to meet the on air personality Showboat on New York radio's 103.5 WKTU. After getting to know Showboat , he was asked to answer phones for him on his Saturday Dance Factory show. Happy Hour Matt accepted and proceeded to do this for about a year when a position opened to be the weekend phone operator. 

Later, Happy Hour Matt was chosen for the weekend phone operator position at New York radio's 103.5 WKTU, which he was at for another year when he was promoted to the night show producer for on-air personality and nationally syndicated jock, Jagger. While working for the radio station Happy Hour Matt  started learning how to MC night clubs and bars. Happy Hour Matt got his first MC spot at a club called Studio 9 and having been MCing Clubs ever since.

Happy Hour Matt is currently MCing clubs and bars all over the Tri-State area and always looking to branch out into areas.
